Exciting News! Mingjie Group have deliveried one skid mounted pyrolysis plant with electromagnetic heating system to Spain on February 24, 2025. Unlike traditional fuel-based heating methods, this system uses electromagnetic heating, producing zero exhaust emissions.
Expected to arrive by mid-April, this project marks a significant step towards sustainable industrial solutions. Stay tuned for more updates!
Electromagnetic Heating Pyrolysis Plant for Sale
The electromagnetic heating pyrolysis plant is an advanced waste treatment facility. It uses electromagnetic induction heating to thermally decompose organic materials such as plastics, tires, and rubber in an oxygen-deficient environment. The pyrolysis plant converts waste into valuable products, such as pyrolysis oil, combustible gas, and carbon black.
The Electromagnetic Heating Pyrolysis Plant adopts a skid-mounted design, with a high degree of integration, compact structure, small footprint and easy installation. The skid-mounted pyrolysis plant has a high degree of automation, reduces manual operation, labor intensity and operation risks.
Electromagnetic induction heating is different from the heating method of traditional fuels. The electromagnetic coil generates high-frequency alternating current, which induces eddy currents in the reactor wall, thus achieving rapid and uniform heating.
